Coffee Cart Hire offers a range of packages to suit every budget and event. Whether indoor or outdoor, large venue or small office, we provide the right equipment and the best mobile baristas. And for peace of mind, our business is registered, meets WA Food Authority standards and is fully covered with Public and Product Liability insurance.
Access to 2 x 10 amp or 1 x 15 amp power within 20 metres
Access to a level ground floor with no steps
An adequate lift if event is on a higher floor (with minimum 1.5m length)
The Cart is $30 per hour, minimum call out is 3 hours. Our experienced barista is $30 per hour for each barista requested, minimum call out is 3 hours.
Consumption charge is $2.50 per cup up to 100 cups, and once over this figure the cup price is $2.
The consumption charge covers the cost of the coffee beans, milk, cups & lids, stirrers, decaff coffee, barista soya, hot chocolate, tea & chai , raw sugar & equal, our time taken to put the event together including travel time, costs to and from the event as well as the clean up.
All our beverages are served in a 240ml (8oz) take away paper cup.
Prices do not include any additional fees that venues may charge as an external catering supplier.
Please contact the venue to see if any fees apply to your event. Locations! Jobs that are outside of the greater Perth area may attract a logistics fee.
All cancellations received within two (2) business days prior to events commencing in will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total tax invoice ex GST.
